Returns Policy of Lancaster County Woodworks

General


      Here at Lancaster County Woodworks (listed throughout as "LCW"), we understand that for various reasons, you may want to return your feeder for a refund, or exchange the feeder for a different style or finish. LCW will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase provided the following conditions are met.

  1. Lancaster County Woodworks is contacted prior to returning the product. For damage or defected product discovered upon delivery, LCW must be contacted via email at CustomerService@LCWoodworks.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. For all other returns and exchanges, LCW must be contacted at the same email address within 30 days of receiving the product. Upon receiving this email, LCW will send you a return email with specific information regarding return/exchange procedures.

  2. The returned product must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the return/exchange procedures email listed (no. 1) above.

  3. The feeder and its content (including bowls) must be in new, unused condition.

  4. The feeder and its content is returned to Lancaster County Woodworks in its original box with original packaging material.

  5. The feeder is of stock style, finish, and size (as defined below), and is not a customized product by Lancaster County Woodworks.

    Stock style, finish, and size is defined as:

    1. Stock Style - Any style of feeder listed on the "Our Products" page of Lancaster County Woodworks website.
    2. Stock Finish - Any feeder stained as Walnut, Maple, Cherry, Mahogany, or Golden Oak color.
    3. Stock Size - Any feeder listed as "small", "medium", "large", "x-large", or "xx-large" as listed on the "Sizing" page of Lancaster County Woodworks website.

  6. All costs associated with returning the product to Lancaster County Woodworks are payable by you, the buyer. Lancaster County Woodworks accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged product being returned to LCW. It is highly recommended that product be returned by a carrier who utilizes shipment tracking as well as shipping insurance equal to or greater than the value of the product returned.
